My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms needed some updates and repairs, with issues like a cracked sink, dirty windows, very low water pressure, and lots of dust around baseboards. Additionally, the lack of a seat in the shower was inconvenient. On the positive side, the service was caring, although there was an incident where labeled bags with souvenirs for my daughter's friends went missing. The hotel's location was a bit of a hassle due to its positioning on a busy road, but it was convenient for getting to Boston and the airport. The dining experience offered a basic self-serve breakfast that became repetitive. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had some good facilities to enjoy during my stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the pool area inside was great for the kids. However, not having a microwave was a big miss for us when traveling. The 'do not disturb' sign was ignored continuously, leading to noisy nights.
